  • Can My Mobile be Unlocked?
  • Firstly you should check to make sure that an unlock has not been attempted and failed before, if it did then we cannot guarantee our service will work. You should also check that your phone works with the original network SIM card, if it does not then it may be blocked in which case we can not unlock the phone. If your phone works with the original network SIM then we can unlock it, just check that the phone is indeed locked by trying a SIM card in from another network before ordering our service.

  • Do I Need to Post my Phone or Tablet to You?
  • No – All our unlocking is done remotely, either by whitelisting your devices IMEI on the manufacturers database or emailing you an unlocking code which you can enter in your phone or tablet.
  • What is my IMEI?
  • Your phones IMEI is a 15 or 17 digit reference number unique to each mobile phone. The best way to find your IMEI number is by typing * # 0 6 # on the phones dialing screen.

  • How Long Does it Take?
  • This depends on your phone or tablet model, some codes are instant where some can take several days, to get a more accurate turn around time for your phone please enter your model details in on the unlocking section and a price and turnaround time will be calculated for you.
  • It’s Been Longer Than I Expected and I Still Have Not Received My Code.
  • From time to time delays can happen with our suppliers for a variety of reasons and when this happens its beyond our control and there is nothing we can do to speed up the process which is equally as annoying for us as it is for you.   • Is unlocking Legal?
  • Yes, unlocking your mobile phone is 100% legal and it will not invalidate your warranty. Please remember if you have a contract in place with your existing network provider you will still need to honor this commitment.

  • If you receive an email stating your order was rejected then this could be down a few things:

    (1) Incorrect IMEI used
    (2) Unable to Unlock your Phone
    (3) Supplier server is down
