If your iPhone or iPad has an Activation Lock enabled and you do not know your, or the previous owners iCloud email and password then you will not be able to unlock your device and no refund will be given in this instance if you order our service.

Unlocking Your Device

Once you have received our "unlocked" confirmation email please follow the below steps:

(1) Insert your new SIM card and turn on the phone. 

Please note - your new SIM card must be active for the process to work. In some instances new sim cards need to be activated by the network provider before they will work.

(2) When the phone turns on you will get a message saying "Activation Required". You now need to connect the phone to a WIFI connection via your WIFI settings.

(3) Once the phone connects to WIFI the unlock will automatically apply within 60 seconds.

(4) Your iPhone is now permanently unlocked and ready to use.
