What Do I Receive?


This is a remote unlocking service for all UK Samsung mobile phones.

Our Samsung unlock codes come directly from Samsung UK and typically take 4-8 working hours to be generated (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm).

As soon as your unlock codes have been generated you will be automatically sent a confirmation email containing your unlock codes in the below format:

NCK:94028052
MCK:04970850
SPCK:00000000

Your unlock pin is the 8 digit NCK code and your unfreeze pin is the 8 digit MCK code.

Once you have the unlock codes you can follow the below instructions to complete the unlock of your phone.

How to Unlock the All Samsung Models


There are three methods for entering unlock codes on Samsung mobile phones. 

The first thing to do is to turn the phone on with a non-accepted SIM card. 

If the phone requests a network unlock code or Network SIM Unlock PIN, then use Method 1. If it doesn't, then try both Method 2 and Method 3. 


Method 1 (Most Newer Samsung Handsets)

1. Turn on the device with a non accepted SIM card. 
2. Enter the unfreeze code we sent you and press OK/Confirm (don't worry if the phone says it's incorrect, as it is still required). 
3. Enter the network unlock code we sent you and press OK/Confirm. 
4. The Unlock is complete and your phone will now be unlocked. 


Method 2 (Some Older Samsung Handsets)

1. Turn on the phone with a non accepted SIM card inserted. 
2. Type #7465625*638*CODE# replacing CODE with your network unlock code (provided by email). If you were emailed a service provider unlock code (if you are locked to a virtual network) then you may also need to enter #7465625*77*Code# replacing CODE with your service provider unlock code. 
3. The Unlock is complete and your phone will now be unlocked. 


Method 3 (Some Older Samsung Handsets)

1. Turn on the phone with a non accepted SIM card inserted. 
2. Type #0111*CODE# replacing CODE with your network unlock code If you were emailed a service provider unlock code (if you are locked to a virtual network) then you may also need to enter #0133*CODE# replacing CODE with your service provider unlock code. 
3. The Unlock is complete and your phone will now be unlocked.

1. NCK = Network Control Key/ Network Unlock Code 
2. MCK = Unfreeze Code 
3. SPCK = Service provider code key
