How to Unlock the All Ericsson Models


IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Check the number of unlocking attempts left on your device before placing your order. If you have run out of attempts, you will not be able to unlock your phone and will not be eligible for a refund. 

1. Insert a SIM card in your mobile phone (VERY IMPORTANT) and turn it on. 

2. Dial *#*#7378423#*#* 

3. Select 'Service Info', and then 'SIM Lock'. Now, check the number that is to the right of the word "Network". 

4. If there is an X and a number different from 0, you can unlock your device. 

5. If the number is 0, you cannot unlock it.


Please Note: This Unlock will not work if your phone has the "Device Unlock App" installed. 

Unlocking Sony Ericsson Mobile Phones is very easy, once you receive the unlock confirmation email from us it will contain your unlock code, all you need to do is follow the below steps:


1. Turn on the phone with a non accepted SIM card.

2. You will be prompted to enter the SIM Unlock Code, enter the code supplied by email and press unlock.
